Spring Forward is gathering the Quad Cities' summer campers and community partners at the TaxSlayer Center to celebrate summer learning on Thursday, July 11. The third Annual Stepping Up for Summer Learning, sponsored by John Deere, is the single largest summer learning in celebration in Iowa and Illinois!

More than one thousand children enrolled in summer camps in the Quad Cities will gather for this event, which will include a short concert by the River Music Experience Band followed by time on the center floor with activities provided by 30 partner organizations. Participating camps include: Spring Forward, Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley, Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, The Salvation Army, Skip-A-Long, Two Rivers YMCA, Camp Excel, and Camp Re-Imagine.

THE Spring Forward party was held this year at the Figge Art Museum on March 9th, 2019. The evening included a toast to the many wonderful community partners that make Spring Forward’s programming possible. We set our clocks ahead in style as we enjoyed live music and hors d’oeuvres all night long at one of the Quad Cities’ most beautiful venues.
